Amazon Festive Sale Scam
I am writing this post in context with the Amazon India festive sale between 10th-15th October.
I have ordered Redmi Pro 6 Phone during this offer.Offer was properly availed to me and order was successfully placed.I have placed the order on 10th october and I got the message that your order will be delivered by 15th of october.
Everything went well, status were getting properly updated as Packed Dispatched,Shipped.But on the day of delivery I got the message as your order has been refused at the time of delivery.Same has not been happened ,no one has come at my place for delivery.
I called up customer services and told them about my concern.They said we do accept that it has been happened to you,but we are unable to do anything in this.We will refund your amount,that is the best possible solution we are having.
Is this the way you are delighting your customer??
This is what anyone cannot expect from such a big e commerce giant.They are able to do such kind of frauds in India as we don’t have such kind of strict policy against them.This is the reason they are having such a let it be approach.
This is really annoying I am really really unhappy
Again I am repeating I am unhappy with the Amazon services.
