Text of Complaint by ATUL KUMAR PANDEY:

Dear Sir Maam on 14 oct 2020 there was one credit card fraud happend on my HDFC credit card & HSBC credit card both card has been used on amazon by 9-10 AM early morning on 14 oct 2020 i called amazon customer care and told them this transaction is not authorised they need to hold/cancle this order which paid through my credit card by unauthorised but they did not stop order and same has been delivered to accused person somewhere in patel nagar delhi as per info from amazon that cause me loss 44500 onmy HDFC card so request you to kindly help as my credit card team dispute rejected and they asking money fom myeslf,
