Text of Complaint by Akash Kumar:

I ordered Smarteefi 16A WiFi Smart Switch, Order # xxx-xxxxxxx-xxx2331which was delivered on the 18th of August 2022. However, the amazon delivery boy did not mark it as delivered, and pocketed the COD amount. Later, on 23rd August 2022 it was updated as “refused by customer and returning to seller”. Consequently, the seller blocked the device as they never received the product and amazon states that investigation is going on and will update within 2 days. Every 2-3 days I call and they say no update give us 2 days more. It has already been a month and amazon has kept me stuck in this endless cycle. I am stuck with my money gone and a device which is permanently blocked because of amazon delivery boy committing a fraud.
