I have ordered 100 plus products from amazon from Air condition to glass cutter. All got delivered. I ordered this product ” water purifier” Amazon driver said the address is incorrect. How could it be? After being a prime not getting product delivered on time. Also tried to complain via chat support and phone they are useless, can’t even connect to the delivery person from there end. At last, I cancelled it from my end. I am not happy with the amazon services. The delivery person is doing as they like and amazon is doing nothing.
I am going to close my prime account and amazon account soon. Waste for spending the money on Prime account. Thanks for making the customer unhappy.
