Hello, My name is AKASH . My email ID is SU***********3@gmail.com and my phone number is 7904*****9. My account is on hold from November 26 and I’m contacting amazon since 3 months but nothing has happened. I ordered A LAPTOP with my FRIENDs credit card and sudden I got a message that my package couldn’t be delivered and they asked me billing address and I have provided them but nothing really works. When ever I call their customer care service they have only one reply that “Sorry sir, we don’t have authority to unhold your account as their is another team for this cases” and they just do like they are contacting that team regarding my issue and they tells me that I have to wait for 48 hours to get a reply from their investigation team. But luckily I didn’t got any reply from their team since last 3 months. When I tell customer care to transfer my call to that investigation team so that I can provide the details of the card which they want, but that customer care would tell me that they don’t contact using calls instead they use emails then that customer care would ask me all details and my address and tells me to believe on him that he will transfer all details to their investigation team through email and I have all call recording of them which I talked to them in last 3 months. I just need to unhold my account. WHEN I SEND EMAIL THE EMAIL WAS REJECTED BY THEN THEY SAID “WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING UPCOMING EMAILS”.
