Dear amazon enough Is enough

I order m53 Samsung mobile and due to some problem in phone I return it , than despite of return you are saying seller recive wrong product , well excuse Me amazon during return your return pick up boy came and I reset my phone in front of him before giving he waitied for 5 minute as phone is reseting , than I handover my phone to him remove the Sim, he pack the phone inside the box , pack it Inside cove and show us message also in his phone that phone has picked up , he also said during pick up that ” bhaiya itna acha phone h kyu wapas kr rhe ho ” i said “issues h isme kuch” , I also took photo of the message of picking up phone of his phone I will attach a photo
Now plz and plz return my money
Else I will file a complaint against you in consumer court , I will also mention points in court that you just block my account for no reason first time i ask for return of my phone ,and you said i ask refund for so many time ,plz don’t do this fraud thing with anyone and return my money plz
