sir i ordered my pantry thrice times the date of order is 31 March 2021 or 2 April 2021 then last on 7 April 2021 my lord 3 times i ordered my pantry products i need food in my home. my last 2 years im ordering panatrys from amazon it always deriver on time but this time in starting i was wating for very long and then delivery boy calls me he said to me come yourself and take your order from my office, i just said i pay the services then why don’t you deliver to me he said i cannot come to your place i said every month you reach me how come you say this and he hangs up and when i call him in 2nd time he just abused me and put down my phone and then i call you customer care they said please sir order again we will deliver to you in 2nd time also they said same and didn’t took any action against i told them your delivery boy cancelling my orders purposely but still amazom did not taken any sericous action againt it they wasted my time and im suffering its 11 april today i dont have panatrys at home i was waiting i trusted the amazon but they betrayal me im unsulted by courier he also abused me and when i call to customer care even after listening to me twice they hangs up on my call and when in third call i said im recording you and if you hangs up and its been recording i feel cheated my time is wasted and im insulted and i decided i want to take a serious action against this company please kindly resolve my case i just want my pantry which is roll back without my permission please kindly deliver my pantry they have taken my money and insults me this my we place orders sir everyone know that pantry products are so important for home they should be deliver first . first they said please place your odder again and when i placed they they marked not serviceable area from two years on my address they are sending my pantry then how can it will be now not serviceable even they did not taken any action against delivery boy. please kindly resolve my issue i want to file this case against Amazon.in they cannot waste our time like this they cannot abuse us they cannot cheat us. i have video recording and all the evidences’ which can proof my allegations on amazon. i want Justice
