Amazon did not credit committed and confirmed amount to Amazon pay balance

Hello,
I have purchased IQOO ORDER # 408-5601556-4769955 on 07-Apr-2022.

As the mobile was not functioning as intended I requested for refund. The team agreed and since I paid for the new phone through part payment (old device exchange, credit card)

I re-confirmed thrice from Amazon call and chat on what is the amount that I will be getting back, mode of payment after IQOO is picked up.I was told that I would be getting 11450 (I asked and informed them that my device is quoted as 8450+3000 additional offer) and the amazon team on call and phone confirmed that I would be getting 11450. I have screenshots and CDRs stated by Amzon that I will be getting 11450 Rs as Amazon pay balance for exchange of phone even though I asked that 8450 was for my phone and 3000 additional was offered. I asked how much I would get over call. The agents multiple times told that I will be getting 11450 as an exceptional case of refund only to this IQOO phone and asked me not to worry. 
Only after this confirmation, I agreed to send the new IQOO phone as return to Amazon.

But today after pickup of IQOO, I got only 8450 as Amazon pay Balance which is clearly a false information and purposeful misguide to cheat consumers. Had I been informed that I would be getting 8450 thrice by customer care, this issue would not have happened. This happened not with one agent. I confirmed two-three times that 11450 is the amount which would be credited as amazon pay balance which indicates that Amazon purposely wanted to provide false information and cheat consumers by selling phones with promotional offers and  since they knew phones would not be working, they are agreeing for refund.

This way, Amazon is taking new phones back and selling same new phones and also our old phones as well with a bargain price?

Since you are now saying this as a promotion offer for this IQOO phone, I request you to send me the same brand IQOO mobile model for which I am ready to pay 17503.89 that was credited to my credit card. The remaining 8450 rupees can be taken back from my Amazon pay balance.

If this is not possible, send the committed amount of 11450 (Balance amount of 3000) to my amazon pay balance.

I called in customer care senior team and he offered me 500 gift card? Is this offered to keep me silent and to ensure/hide your fake business strategies?

If either of above options are not possible, I may need to go to RBI ombudsman for your irresponsible behavior
