Hi,
I have ordered an Inalsa OTG oven in the month of December through amazon.in . As per the delivery date scheduled i was excited for the product to be received. But the product is not delivered on the day which it is supposed to be delivered for some reason and online status is marked as delivered. Seeing that i called customer care and mentioned the same upon which they mentioned sometimes delivery executives do that but deliver in next day.
So again i waited for 2 days and still i didn’t received the product. So again called the amazon customer care and told I didn’t received the product and i still need the product. But they told they can’t replace instead they can refund. So i asked them to give refund and they took the request for refund and told will be issued in 3-4 business days.
Now after 3-4 weeks i didn’t received the refund and when called customer care they told they will raise an investigation and then can refund but and called again for second time and raised another investigation request.
Now finally amazon is saying that their investigation shows that item is delivered and now then cannot refund or do any help on this. I mentioned them very clearly that i have not received the product from day1 but they just saying their investigation shows it delivered and can’t do anything.
I questioned as a customer i paid money for the product and i didn’t received the product and is it my responsibility of delivering it to wrong address or not delivered at all by executives.
Need help to get either my money or the ordered product.
