Text of Complaint by Nareshkumar Adhikari:

I bought a samsung flashdrive from amazon, the product isnt working and when i came to know about this, the amazon return window is over. When i contact Amazon about this they told me to go to samsung to claim warranty from Samsung and to get service denial letter from samsung if they refuse, but when i went to samsung customer service center at our city, they check the product id on my memo from amazon but nothing came up so they can do nothing about the warranty of the flash drive neither do they can give me service denial letter since the product id on memo from amazon is not related to any samsung product. When i came back and contact amazon customer service again they kept on sendding me links to contact samsung telling me to go to samsung and they can do nothing without denial letter, they also ignore my messages saying that their product id is not correct instead they kept on telling me to contact Samsung
