Amazon denying committed refund for the product returned

Text of Complaint by Pankaj Sharma:

I had bought new phone on amazon one plus 10r with exchange offer. This is my first high value phone bought online. With my old phone exchanged and all discounts applied I paid 24249. The exchange of old phone was worth 6750rs.
When i received amazon package it was tampered. Also tamperproof sticker wasnt available on phone box.
Suspected the phone is fake and some issue since product seal is damaged. I called up amazon customer care.
I was mentioned there is no replacement and i have to return the order. The refund amount was mentioned 30999 since old phone was already taken. I got confirmation mail with estimated refund.

I had double confirmed with amazon agent that there was 3000rs discount policy and if I return the product i wont be getting 3000rs back.
Amazon agent assured refund of 30999rs despite policy they made. After the return I got refund of 27999 only. 3000rs is missing.

I called up Amazon customer care for 3000rs which is missing in refund. They are denying the refund.
I have lost my old phone and also lost 3000rs.
