Text of Complaint by Aditya Singh Dixit:

I have ordered Samsung T7 ssd touch 1tb, and they have delivered the hard disk case to me. I have already used the samsung t7 ssd so i know the box size and when i received the box it seems doubtful so i have recorded the unboxing part as well. And talked to customer care and they asked me for images only. I yold him that i have videos. But they they said that they need images only. And asked for 48 hours to reply. Today i got mail that they have closed my account without any reason. and left me with no option to apeal to to talk with.
Really disappointed with his services
