Amazon delivery service is doing blame towards customers

I have been noticed couple of times same issue and informed to customer service team but no change and repeatedly doing the same service is making me to feel bad and it was a game by company looks like.

I raised a mobile order in exchange offer and the delivery person called me once and left , but I called back in next second the moment his missed call noticed but he said, left from the office and he blamed me that he called many times, can track if you want in Amazon call service log how many times he called. Later informed customer service that don’t bring on saturday and sunday since office on leave, can’t pickup the mobile , one of the service team confirmed me that they don’t deliver on weekend and will be rescheduled to Monday, I got a call on Sunday evening also about the same on getting delivered on Monday, I said yes will take the phone on Monday and I even requested for time and they said between 9 to 5 pm, I said fine.

All of it’s suddenly Monday morning I got a message that my order is cancelled and returned to cellar. Waiting for phone since more than a week and they all of it’s suddenly returned without my confirmation and am in a need of that phone . It’s painful service and they blamed me badly and this is not the first time and this is 3rd time same thing happened.

They are taking changes and playing with customers without any value to customer is what I am thinking strongly.

I need a clear clarification about the actions what they have taken and need proper justification on the same.

Very serious request from me to get clarification from Amazon team.
