Amazon was grt before my last order delivery..
But this time I found this team management is helpless ..and they don’t even care about customer dissatisfaction…
Someone has put fake status against delivery 3 times in a row and no action has been taken …
I suffered badly ..I start feeling humiliating now …
2 times my call dropped can u imagine it …
Poor# pathetic #worst #bad #waste#…
These guys actually need to work on their service and delivery agency team.
May be this is my last order with Amazon as it’s more then enough now ..
I will not suggest anyone to order from Amazon now ..earlier I suggested everyone and.i am a big Amazon lover but this order really sucks me badly ..
My irritation this time is on that level that if I found free time I will also file a case against this in consumer court for 3 times making me fool and for humiliating the customer badly.
If thier agents drop the calls like this then people’s stop buying the product and stop calling on any customer care ..
To make a big brand is not enough if they cannot maintain its legacy continuosly.
I will not been stop taking this issue further..if I have to reach Mr. Jeff Bezos too I am happy to do that ..if it will take 1 year to reach him for.this matter escalation I will not.stop taking follow up on that …
How can someone makes customers a joke and fool 3 times regularly in a row and everyone in their customer care is completely helpless and they working there without any authority even to contact with the delivery courier agency …..
Why these people’s sit there if they r completely dependent on mails only..
this is not digestible at all to me.
Listen my recordings first then you realise what I had faced just because of these helpless guys …
Shame on their managers who aware about my issues but not done anything yet …job chod do khud Issey padne ke baad tum layak ni ho manager banne ke ..
Shame on amazon shame on their management shame on their helpless managers shame on fool making associates who misbehave with me shame on that guy who put wrong status again and again and again and again….
If they don’t have any capable manager to handle it hire me ..I promise you that these guys will not even think about to done it in their dreams too..
Pls help.pls help ..I need compensation of being harrased being tortured,my time wastage..the kind of humiliation I had felt because of these guys ..
