Through Amazon app. I have ordered the product earlier and didn’t receive the product on time and there was a huge delay and I cancelled my order and the refund was initiated. I ordered the same product again through the mode of fast delivery trusting Amazon, even then I did not receive the product yet. Regarding the same I called the delivery agent and the person was really rude to me and did not show any kind of professionalism. I have the call recording of the conversation as a proof.
The delivery agent was supposed to deliver the product today for this I had paid extra money for the fast delivery. They have received the product but didn’t not deliver the product.
I called the customer care and told the issue and they did not show any interest and now they are not answering the call.
I would also like to mention that this unprofessional act is not occuring for the first time but the 5th. I have faced the same issues from Amazon. As an entrepreneur I need an answer from the Amazon department or else I would take this issue further and move on legal basis.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest
