Dear Sir,
I have ordered (404-4640955-7088334) mobile phone on Amazon on 15 july ( prepaid) but product was not delivered by them and cancel my order on 19 th july by delivery agents.
When I contacted your customer care Number They don’t provide any valid reason of cancellation & instructed me to reorder the same.I have re order (404-7861603-0318712) the same product on 21th and again pay the same amount of money. The delivery date was 24th july.
On day of delivery the agent contact me for delivery but he was facing some problem on exchange of product, then I have discussed the problem with your customer care ( Mr. Sunny). He told me sir there is some issue on it and I have raised a complaint on behalf of you & don’t worry the product will be delivered you tomorrow.but after some time I got a mail from Amazon that your products has been cancelled and returned to seller.( Your customer care assistant ask for again reorder it)
Sir, I firstly I haven’t cancelled the order both the time. And my payment is blocked twice 15 th july to 22 july & 21 to till date. Who is responsible for that ?
Sir As a prime member what’s my fault, this my worst experience with Amazon. I need same product at same price or interest on my amount that is blocked for more than 10 days
Kindly do the needful.
