I had a prepaid order with Amazon with extra paid for fast delivery, today was supposed to delivered. Delivery boy came and asked for OTP in advance, they my family’s women available on address, they saw no packet with him so tht didn’t gave OTP, they said show the packet then will give OTP, he got angry and misbehaved and he not delivered went back and after that I saw status showing returned to seller. I complaint to customer services then there was a Aditya , he said you should give him OTP then he can show you anything, I said him he was suspicious, how anybody can give OTP to any suspicious person without packet, he said this is th rule of Amazon, and he said you cencil the order and can get refund. I said I am not going to cencil order, I want my order back with proper manner. I am socked to see Amazon’s this much worst services. This is not first time happened , I order same mobile phone 3-4 month ago and they did the same then I took my refund but this time I am not cencilling order, I want this order with Compulsation and court must punish them for misbehaving and compulsate for my loss. Today were special occasion, that was a spacial gift for someone.
