I ordered a combo product of a hair straightener and dryer from Amazon. They were sent in two separate packages and two separate delivery agents. One delivered the product by 8pm the other came around 9:15 pm which I guess is outside their delivery hours. I missed the agents calls unfortunately and he marked my order as rejected by customer. Now my order is being returned to the seller and theres no way they are planning to re attempt delivery. I spoke to the customer service and all they could offer is a sincere apology. The apology is not accepted by me because of packing the orders separately sending it via separate agents and outside working hours thats way out of being professional. I need to raise this as a serious complaint because they couldn’t even offer a redilvery option. Just an apology will not be enough. Thankyou.
