I tried to avail an exchange offer for my Samsung ultrabook laptop before two weeks via Amazon. During laptop delivery the delivery executive mishandled my laptop and broke its display glass and hinge and he didn’t accept the exchange saying that the item is defective. I have raised multiple complaints regarding this issue, but I didn’t get any resolution from Amazon customer care team. I already shared the before and after laptop inspection image with the customer care. Even after multiple follow ups they didn’t address my issue. Currently I am literally annoyed and disturbed. If some one cannot accept an exchange then the least courtesy they should should show is to return the item with out damaging. I didn’t give any permission to the Amazon executive to break my laptops display glass. I am terribly disappointed with the way Amazon treated this issue. I would like to launch a complaint legally against Amazon and their delivery partner.
