I ordered a phone and after 3 days when the phone arrived with an exchange policy the delivery person broke the screen while taking out the tempered glass and said your phone is broken 1900 will be deducted from exchange amount if you agree to pay then ok else I’m cancelling the order. I have attached pre photos of the phone before giving it in the hands of delivery person
