Text of Complaint by Syed Ibrahim Mujtahedi:

I have ordered a water purifier on 3rd May 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered on 6th May 2022. When I did not receive any delivery information until 4 PM I contacted the Amazon customer service and was informed that the product would be delivered by 9 PM. When it wasn’t delivered till 9:30 PM, I contacted the Amazon customer service again was told the usual things about the delay and was told that it would be delivered maximum by the 11th May and on asking if it isn’t delivered by 11th May what shall I do and I was told that they would assist me claiming the refund…. I told them give me a specific date for delivery even if it is after a week, month or a year, they said we can’t promise any specific date.
Isn’t this Ridiculous and unacceptable..
