TO WHOMESOEVER IT MAY CONCERN
I Dr Aman Patel a member of amazon prime placed a delivery of treadmill sparnod sts 3300 and cancelled on call with amazon customer care on 12th feb 2021.
the amount was paid but i cancelled on call as option of order cancellation was not available on amazon app.
even after this the parcel got delivered and was taken unknowingly by my domestic help at home.
i called customer care regarding this and they said that there is nothing they can do.
treadmill is packed in same condition unopened and i want to return it as it is of no use to me and also want refund
