I have placed an order for oculus quest on 15/10/2022,( it’s a prepaid order ) . Pincode mentioned as 600002 instead of 600122. The delivery agent didnt call and marked it as rejected by me . Now since 16th October i am calling the customer care and they are neither delivering the product nor returning my money back. The customer care agents neither help me nor escalate the call . I want the product delivered or credit my money back .
