I ordered dell renewed laptop with 512ssd hard disk and Amazon delivered me laptop with 256ssd hard disk. I replaced the item before deadline but they cancelled my replacement. I called Amazon many times they are not helping me even to provide me the seller information to contact him. Why Amazon delivered me the wrong item ?? With 10000 rupees difference. I have Paid the amount from my father treatment budget as he is having cancer and they cheated me and delivered me wrong product.
