Dear sir/mam my name is Anuj kumar (mob no 9758111196)order an apple iphone xr 64gb on amazon india dated 01june 2020.Amazon delivered me the product on 9june 2020.As i started using the phone it is overheating continuously.I told the problem to the amazon on 10june 2020.Because the product had return policy up to 20june 2020 so they intiated my return request but the courrier team cancelled my pickup 4times without any info and commented that customer refused to return..kindly help me its a costly product.The details of the product are attached as photo file.
