I had ordered Noise vivid smartwatch of Rs 1199 from Amazon on 2nd July 2023(Order no:- 171-1613136-0973966 ) and I got delivery on 5th July but when I opened the box there was no smartwatch in the box. Then I complained to Amazon customer care immediately and they said we will investigate this matter and give you update on 11th July . So after 2 days on 7th July I again call Amazon to know the update about my product they said Don’t take tension you will get it after investigation, so I called them today on 10th July to ask what is the update, the customer care said we investigated and found that we had send packaging intact from our place and we can’t refund and then they cut the call.
So they are now neither returning my money nor giving me new product .
