I have ordered a Vivo V11 mobile via Amazon on 10th oct 2018 with order id 405-3672414-1224347

The product got delivered on 15th oct 2018. When delivery courier person didn’t do OTP based verification and he has not taken any signature.
He just dropped the courier and left in hurry.
When I open the delivery, I shocked to see it’s a broken screen guard. There is no mobile in it. There is no invoice. No amazon symbol/letter head nothing was there.

I called up customer care and emailed to [email protected], but no response. They send me automated email saying investigation is complete and they can’t do anything.i sent almost more than 10 emails, same response.
Im totally disappointed with Amazon customer service. Is it a way to respond?
When customer repeatedly telling that right product not delivered, Amazon must do investigation end to end and see where is the issue.
In fact I called courier and they investigated and confirmed that, its not mobile package and they will raise the case. But no response to that also.
I want justice on this case, either resend my product or refund the amount.
