Amazon Order number- 403-4132998-7354709
I am in Canada and gifted the TV for my family India. I had tried multiple time to connect to Techincal team and other phone number which is being provided by Amazon for support and Very disappointed with the service you have provided. There is no one has come to install the TV even after so many calls. I am not happy with TV where the Quality of Picture and Audio is not good. From 1st day of Purchase, I am trying to contact to Amazon to return my TV but you do not have option except call back where I do not have my India number so can not talk. I also can not char as teh app is not available in my regin Canada.I would request you to I had requested to Amazon Team ([email protected]) for RMA number with Shipping agent information coming to pick up.
but i got standard reply as below where I am not able to connect for last 1 week.
I would appreciate to take it serious instead harassments of Customer.
