i gt one defective product from Amazon which is ear ? phones of JBL which was not working frm one side when I requested them to replace thy said u HV to contact manufacturers if thy denied then we will do nd JBL told me to com to th service center which I coudnt nd when I told this to Amazon thy said ok NW we will do everything u don’t need to do anything but aft 14 days when I called again thy denied too we can’t do anything my question is if u promised bfr u can’t say no nd we bought frm Amazon he shld take responsibility but no thy denied nd over all thr senior Mr Vivek nd Rohit were rude
