Hi My name is Senthil, hereby sharing the experience regarding Online Form filling from Amazon Data Solutions. I am a job seeker and so got a call from a lady Purvi representing Amazon Data Solutions, later i got some documents regarding the online form filling and as i was happy the way they represented i game my acceptance by accepting the OTP as i am very much in need 0f a job. The verification process happened on Jan 31st and because of some communication from their side i didnt get the word load and i was checking then and there both in my mobile as well as from my PC. The verification call happened on Jan1st and i got the work load after 01:00 PM on the same day. Everything was going good till 4th Jan 2021. I didnt login for 5th & 6th of Jan 2021 and on 7th Jan 2021 around 01:00 PM i logged in to do the work but i saw a pop up stating that OUR SERVER HAS DETECTED USE OF DOUBLE INTERNET PROTOCOL ADDRESS(I.P ADDRESS)/ MULTIPLE LOGIN/ DOUBLE SYSTEM IN YOUR PROJECT. FOR FURTHER DETAILS YOU WILL RECEIVE A CALL WITHIN NEXT 48 HOURS. YOUR TYPED FORMS ARE SECURE, SO DO NOT NEED TO WORRY. YOU WILL GET EXTRA TIME OF 2 DAYS TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT. In next 5 minutes once i logged in a received a call from Amazon Data Solutions Advocate, who in turn told me that i had breached the contract as i had multiple logins, multiple Ip and Multiple Server logs. They even sent an log report in which on 6th Jan i am 100% sure that i didn’t use Amazon Data Solutions as i was not there at my home to login. He also told me that they had filled me under SEc 73 74 & 75 and pay the money either to activate or to terminate which is unprofessional. Why because when i tried to login only he called me stating that their main intention is collect money from the freelancers forcing to accept they had done wrong. That too they will mention and send the notice within 2 hours you should settle or else we will file a case in police station. I believe these company play in job seekers life who are already lost everything with them.

Hi senthil, i am also facing the same issue now i’m also trapped by amazon data solutions. Now i received call from their advocate. They are asking to pay money otherwise they will file case. Can you please help me on this how you handled and what is the solution.
