Recently I got a FORM FILLING WORK by a company named AMAZON DATA SOLUTION. At first, a lady called ANAYA contacted me and sent all the company details, payment proof, demo work etc. The work was to complete 1000 forms in 10 days with min 90% accuracy. The payment will be done only if there is 90% accuracy, and ask to make a agreement with company which was of no cost.
In order to check about the genuineness of the company and the job, I googled about this company and no such company was found and I couldn’t find any negative reviews or fraud complaints about them.
Even though I had many doubts, I still decided to give a try thinking something is better than nothing. The only plus point I found is that I could start the work without any registration fee. So I started the work…
After 3-4 days i fill aprox 263 forms correctly. Then they created a report that you have logged in the ID from multiple ip address and asking for fine and charges of 8000 to 11000.
Also sending me legal notices form any law firm and asking to pay fine and charges.
Then I understood how they have fooled me by creating this fake report. They were keeping on calling me and mailing me in a threatening msg to pay the fine charge of Rs11000 immediately or else they will move legally. I also verify their office address after all these which I came to know that was also fake.
Anyways I have planned to file a case against these FRAUD people. I don’t know if any action would be taken or not. Even then I am posting this here so that no one else would fall in the same trap.

This same aggrement with the same affidavit number has been issued to me with my name and address by the WALMART DATA SERVICES . Actually , Amazon data solution and Walmart data services are the same.I have also faced the same problem and one advocate who was also fake called me and start threatning me with her loud voice to pay money. This all companies are fraud and make fake website, fake agreements and give fake address.This type of frauds are increasing day by day and lot of people are getting stuck in their fraud net and even pay the the money because of the fear of legal case filing.
