Amazon is not providing refund .
I have ordered a smartwatch on 10june and received it on 11june
And then i checked it i didn’t found it as good so i placed a return and they gave a return date of 18june but order is not pickup by someone and i have also complaint about that then they gave a date of 21 june and order is picked by a delivery boy with proper checkup and he received item in good condition then Amazon received this order on 24 june after that i have complaint about refund but they said that they received an another product .how it is possible when an delivery boy checked that product and find it i n good state but the customer care didn’t respond properly they disconnect call many times.
But my refund is not transferred yet .so kindly help me
