Dear sir,

This amazon people i had ordered a home theater which worth of 5600 impex 5.1 bravo 100w but i received 50 w when i talk to customer care they saying that we will refund that seller is not available then why they sold that product when talking to customer care saying that if u want to lodge complaint loadge no problem they answered like this. Please help me out of this

  1. Amazon India Customer Care Service is full of unprofessional people. Personally I also face the same problem But I Slam them and just gave them nice back replies. Company was quite good during past years but now they gain some more ego.
