Text of Complaint by Ricky:

Customer service executive is very very disrespectful,im explaining my issues they doesn’t give me solution instead of apologies,and they won’t bother customer i have been running to receive my order but each every person while im explain the issue just like that will. Quit the chats and another join he/she doesn’t reply and he/she exits yester almost i have waited for 3 hr for reply these things are purposely doing! They give apologies or false resolution still i didn’t receive my order yesterday i asked for refund they refused now they are saying that ordered product is missing and product will not deliver then why should i wait from yesterday?
