Order #: 171-7658803-2613147 – Item i have receive on time but due to quality of product it is stop working after receiving of 20 days. The seller is not unable to provide service as expected. Finally amazon agree to return the item.
Once they return it they make refund but item was purchase on amazon EMI facility of 6 months. The bank charge me rs-607 as a interest which is not refund by amazon.
Obviously i was responsible to pay those interest amount if the item working perfectly. Amazon not able to provide the tested item and as well their seller not provide the service against the item then why i pay those interest from my pocket.
I need refund of extra amount with interest.
