- Hello sir
- I had ordered a realme earbud 2 earphone twice with the order id 402-7661770-3973902 , 402-1486459-2208360 both the times i have made the payment in advance . But the products reach the nearest delivery hub and i receive a notification on Amazon app that the product is undeliverable as it is out of courier service zone . While i i w ordering the product it had been showing me the product is delivered to my pincode.
- I contacted the customer service the person who contacted me had been giving lame reason that he doesn’t have any authority to transfer my call to higher authority or courier service agrncy etc. I was even ready to go and pick up my product from the hub but they have cancelled it . One product was cancelled last week i didn’t get any refund till now .
