Text of Complaint by Bhim Singh:

I have ordered some essential products like rice,sugar,salt etc. On 5th june,2020 there delivery date was 6th june,2020. From 6th june to 8th june daily a message delivered to me in morning that your product will be delivered today.

But product is not delivered. I called to the amazon agent on 6th june at 9:15Pm then he says mam your product will be delivered approx 10:00 Pm but it is not delivered. On 7th june a message is coming in morning that your product is delivered today but no delivery and no contact with amazon agent.

On 8th june again message is coming that your product will be delivered today but no delivery. I called to the amazon agent in morning then he replied he will check that having my product or not.

After that i called him many times (approx. 15) but not answered my call. At last approx 6:30 he received my call and replied in attitude that your product is not delivered today it will be delivered tommorow.

I said him that I complaint against you in customer service than he said you could done.
