Dear Sir,
This is in regards to an order placed with Amazon India on 20.11.2020 for Usha 3611FSPTC 2500-Watt oil Filled Radiators Qty 2 for value of Rs 22,780.
Repeated followups with Amazon India yielded no result and it always shows in Transit. Today since Jan is about to start we decided to investigate it ourselves and visited the address of vendor and to our surprise we were shocked there is a car repair shop not an electronic equipment store.
The owner Mr. Praveen told us this is the third complaint he is getting in 3 months time and he shall be visiting Dabri PS in west delhi to lodge a complaint.
We have been duped by Amazon, of our hard earned money and the faith we had in this ecommerce site. We request the National Consumer Forum to intervene and get us our refund and also take suitable action for such fraudulent acts against Amazon.
We are enclosing copy of the invoice.
