To Amazon Team,
The objective of writing this letter is to express my frustration with the product, Samsung Galaxy M31s (Mirage Black,6GB RAM,128GB Storage).I find it unsatisfactory that week after my initial request, my deposit has still not been refunded.
Let me explain the problem, I ordered the mobile on Oct 16,20. Since it was partially charged I used it for 2 days. But as it switched off, I tried to charge the phone. But ,I found to my surprise, the phone couldn’t charge.
I tried different plugs and chargers, however it didn’t work. So, I requested for a replacement. And When the pickup man came, he refused me to pick it up,as it was switched-Off. He asked for the phone in switch-on condition.
But since I couldn’t charge the mobile phone, I opted for replacing it. And this cycle happened two-three times. So, I ordered another phone (Samsung M51). Thus now, replacing is no longer an option for me! Now, I want only refund. I talked with customer service, but they don’t understand my situation.
They keep arranging replacing/pickup service and the person refuses because it’s not in switch on mode. Please help me & arrange the refund of Rs.18499/- because I’m tired of this cycle and talked with an illiterate customer representative.
Don’t encourage me to take other legal action such as complaining in Grahak Suraksha Center. As I have all recorded phone conversation as well the screen-shot of the mails.
