Subject: Complaint about without delivery of products show delivered by Amazon and his delivery boy and he block my number- delivery boy Name – Faruq Ali Molla & his mobile No – 91-8178235128
Respected Sir/ Madam,
This letter is in the reference of the order number – 407-8491934-4913933 placed on 23 dec 2024 of product name Nakpro Whey Protein -1Kg. My name is Dhirendra kumar singh H/o Mrs. Kalpana Kumari and I am writing this letter to bring to your kind notice that I have not received my product and amazon delivery boy update status as delivered in the amazon system (delivery boy Name – Faruq Ali Molla & his mobile No – 91-8178235128).
when i raise my request with Amazon customer care than she is ready to refund my total paid amount with 100 % additional compensation amount.
but from last sunday she is harrasing me but no solution till now neither i received my money nor the product and compensation amount only harassment day to day.
Therefore, I request you to kindly you will take immediate action against Amazon company his CEO so that they will not cheat next customer.
