- Respected Sir/mam I have online purchased crompton Hiflo 400mm pedestal fan Lg online Dt-15/june/2020/, from cloudtail india limited through amazon I have deposited online payment Rs5064/-(product Quantity – 02)in the account of cloudtail through amazon order number :40213361853537147, product delivered to me Dt-20/june/2020/, from which 01/one product is witch missing Parts i request cloudtail india limited through amazon replacement order number 40802776978048375 Dt-23/june/2020/, in replacement again i delivery of the damaged/broken product again i request cloudtail india limited through amazon product is returned cloudtail through amazon confirmed the return received Dt-07/july/2020/ and cloudtail through amazon confirmed to process my refund in 2 to 3 business days for the refund appear in my bank account or credit card statement but upto till date no refund is deposited in my bank account please obliged the needful.
