On 4th of may 2023 i decided to buy some gift cards from Amazon with my Amazon pay balance of rs3500
I completed all the steps and 1000rs were deducted from my Amazon pay account for the payment of the gift cards and soon after that I got an email mentioning my account is on hold for unusual payment, they told me to submit some info to get my account working but after that day I got an email mentioning that they have determined that it is necessary to close my account without any reason and now my 3500 Amazon pay balance is still in that account and I can’t access my account.
