- Amazon took my money for Amazon prime for entire Year without my consent.
- Amazon locks my account and stops all my service
- Tried to call customer service so many times but none helped.
- Gave all the required information to unlock the account still no progress
- No communication emails received regarding the delay.
- No communication email received about the locking/unlocking my account.
- No customer service agent is helping instead they are disconnecting my calls every single time i contact Amazon.
- Taking money and not responding is not a good sign.
- Making customer wait for more than week without services prove the poor service of the company.
- Making customer go through this is devastating.
