Hi I ordered Usha mist fan which costed 2750 n 26th march the fan was sky blue colour & it was a tall in heights with wheels to move fan….But they delivered short table fan red colour fan so immediately i requested for replacement since it was wrong product from same brand & next day it was picked up & on 31st march it went back to amazon or seller center than they didn’t gaved any delivery update for replacement for the same its been 7 days now the amazon specialist telling that they cant give any replacement & nor any refund for the same so i said them i will raise complaint at consumer court they said sure u can do with such a stupid way
