Dear Sir/mam,
I am Animesh Dutta.17th january I am ordered Redme 9 Activ coral green 4gb 64gb storage from Amazon,payment method my credit card ending 0779.Order id-408-6140756-9127547.Now problem is Amazon app show “Your Product is Delivered 24th january 2:14pm.but till now I didn’t get my product.So I have called customer care service many times and till now the problem has not been solved.I have all the recordings talking to the customer care.please help me.If necessary, I agree to go to Legal.I attached all the screen shots.
