I purchased a product from amazon and because of some issues I returned it. I got my return very soon but again the product was not working, so i raised for refund. After 30days when I didn’t get my refund I called them and asked. They said we didn’t received the same product we sent to you It’s a pipe or something. So i said that your pickup guy checked it very nicely clicked a picture and then approved and picked it up that’s nit my fault that he gave you another thing. But they just say we investigated already and it’s not our fault so we are disconnecting the call. It’s just same everytime.
