I have order a Redme 12C phone on 15th Sep 2023 and it was delivered to me on 17th Sep 2023. When I opened the box I found an Oppo A15 dummy phone. I have complained to customer care they transferred this for investigation. And now they are saying they sent the right item may you replace this. They took my hard earned money.
