I have ordered Redmi Note 9 (4GB RAM, 64GC Storage) on 11th jan 2021 and paid full amount of Rs.11,999/-, I have received the parcel on 14th of Jan 21, I opened the parcel when got it home and got shocked seeing the soap instead of mobile, I had received the wrong product inside the box, I have received a soap instead of mobile phone and I complaint to customer care for which they form a queries for inspection. In which they could not found the reason for delivering me wrong product. And not ready to refund my money. I am now completely hopeless from Amazon India. You are only hope for me. Please help me to get my hard earned money.
