Text of Complaint by ABHISHEK DOBHAL:

I received an order on 04.07.2020 was missing the merchandise to my utter disappointment and shock.
Myself and family have been Amazon users for years. Please note that the missing merchandise was extremely expensive and Amazon has denied my claim for a full refund.
I first called Amazon on 4th and was given a run around for hours before someone advised that they will have a call back arranged for me in 4 days after the investigation.
After waiting 4-5 days and there was no communication from Amazon so I called up the customer service team after 5 days only to be given a run around and being informed that they will not refund for a merchandise I was defrauded for by Amazon and never received.
I request that this to be treated as a case of fraud and mislead sale by Amazon and provide a complete refund of the order.
It’s extremely disappointing that a brand like Amazon can no longer be trusted and no one is ready to pay attention and the customer is deemed a liar.
I placed an order on Amazon, I received an empty box as the consumer who paid 13.5k approx for a pair of Bose headphones, I need a complete refund immediately. I have no other way to put this.
i have mailed them every detail but there was no response from them.
The brand box looked quite old without any seal and the bill was torn.
