- I ordered Puma shoe on 21.10.2020. and received the parcel in 25 .10.2020. when I opend the box the box was empty and on that time only I contacted Amazon for the help. They said sir u will get the resolution by 30.10.2020. and investigation team will contact you. When I called Amazon on 30.10.2020 they said me that our team called you but my phone was off. I again raised a complaint for re investigation and they promised me the date of 3.11.2020. now when I called them on 2.11.2020. after 6pm they say that my phone was off as we tried to call me. And on 2.11.2020 my phone was not off and I was keeping the eye on my phone. They totally lied every time and when am asking for help they are not helping me insted of providing me dates and dates.
